What is Sponsors of Brave and Why was it created?
Adcock Ingram OTC Sponsors Of Brave was born at the end of 2019, ahead of the COVID19 Pandemic, which erupted in March 2020.
The idea behind the Adcock Ingram OTC Sponsors Of Brave campaign was to acknowledge South Africans doing the right thing and being brave in their every day life.
With the onset of COVID19 Healthcare Professionals and in particular our Community Pharmacists were thrust into the spotlight, at the front, putting their own lives on the line every day. Going above and beyond the day-to-day call of duty, and carrying out acts of courage, of brave compassion and putting the health of patients first, serving and caring for South Africans – these are the everyday heroes of the healthcare profession, this is indeed brave and we applaud these ongoing acts of bravery.
